• Provider metadata name "split".
• Flag resolution for boolean, string, integer, double, and structure.
• reason populated as "TARGETING_MATCH" on success.
• Raw Split treatment config JSON exposed under flagMetadata['config'].
• Empty ProviderHooks list.
• initialize accepts a domain parameter.
• Idempotent shutdown; initialize after shutdown is rejected.
• onContextChanged rebinds to a new Split client for the new targeting key.
• track forwards to Split; requires a non-empty trafficType attribute.
• Emits PROVIDER_READY, PROVIDER_ERROR, PROVIDER_CONFIGURATION_CHANGED, and PROVIDER_CONTEXT_CHANGED.
• Treatment parsing: boolean (on/true/off/false, case-insensitive), integer, double (rejects NaN), and structure (JSON object). Parse failures surface as ErrorCode.parseError; Split's 'control' treatment surfaces as ErrorCode.flagNotFound.
• Attribute forwarding: non-trafficType attributes on EvaluationContext are forwarded to Split as evaluation attributes.
• Runs on all Dart targets: Dart VM, Flutter Android/iOS/Web/Desktop. No dart:html, dart:io, or dart:ffi in the provider.
• Aligned with openfeature_dart_client_sdk 0.0.1-beta.1 and splitio_client_side 1.1.0.
