Wraps a room and distinguishes an intentional leave from a transient drop: onPeerLost / onPeerRecovered with a configurable graceWindow, onEnded (peer left or grace expired), and a single onBillingFrozen(bool) signal so you never charge for dead air while either side reconnects.
