• RedxClient.getAreasByDistrict() / resolveAreaForAddress() - district name normalization (Barisal/Barishal, Bogra/Bogura, etc.) plus a best-match heuristic that maps a free-text customer address to the right RedX delivery area.

• RedxClient.trackParcel() - track a parcel by tracking ID.
• normalizeBdPhoneForRedx() - normalizes phone numbers to the local 01XXXXXXXXX format RedX expects.
