• Run Bluetooth write / flush (and related methods) on a background thread to avoid ANR when BluetoothSocket.flush() blocks on the main isolate’s platform thread.
• Use a plugin-scoped coroutine scope and cancel it on engine detach.
• Fix ineffective outputStream == null statement in the connect branch (was a no-op).

Package

• New Dart package name: print_bluetooth_thermal_plus; import paths updated accordingly. README documents credit to the original author and package.
