Fixed

• iOS (CoreBluetooth Flow Control): Added proper flow control (canSendWriteWithoutResponse & peripheralIsReady) to prevent silent packet drops on iOS 18+ when printing QR codes, raster images, or payloads > a few KB.
• Consecutive Prints on iOS: writeBytes now only completes its Dart Future once all chunks have been pushed to CoreBluetooth. This fixes multiple consecutive calls (e.g., await writeBytes) silently dropping subsequent tickets.
• Dynamic MTU Sizing: Chunks are now sized dynamically using maximumWriteValueLength(for:) to comply with the peripheral's negotiated ATT MTU limits.
• Transmission Watchdog: Added a watchdog timer on iOS to ensure Dart Futures never hang indefinitely if the peripheral disconnects or stalls mid-transfer.

• macOS:
