Now it matches the VM-name token and only kills genuinely-orphaned VMs belonging to this worker.

On macOS 26 (Tahoe) a code-signing keychain created under a non-standard home (e.g. /tmp/.../Library/Keychains) is not honored by security find-identity -v -p codesigning (0 valid identities), breaking iOS/macOS signing. The per-run unique HOME is unnecessary now that each build runs in its own fresh VM. This also keeps the stable build workspace path consistent.
