Help flutter app to grab background NFC message after the app is opened by NFC tag

This package is to enable flutter app to obtain background NFC payload, after the app is put into foreground by a NFC tag action.

Please note that this is the very first version of the package, there are places that I am not sure of, especially on iOS.
