First Flutter release, bridging the compiled Kotlin Multiplatform engine that also ships to Maven Central, Swift Package Manager and npm.

• The full conversion engine: BS/AD conversion, month grids, arithmetic, comparisons, ISO 8601, locale and Unicode-pattern formatting, digit localization, wire formatters, events, policies and working-day math.
• The Compose Material3 pickers as widgets: calendar, docked, wheel, range picker, date field, range field and the calendar-system toggle, plus native modal and full-screen dialogs.
• NepaliCalendar, the browsable month calendar: both calendars' numbers per cell, the neighbouring months' days, the days a policy closes marked, and optional native blocks writing the picked day and the month's events out under the grid.
• An event's id and payload cross the bridge untouched and come back with onEventTapped, so an app finds the record behind a line. Image URLs belong there; the plugin never fetches one.
• NepaliPickerAppearance theming shared with the Android and iOS hosts.
• Android and iOS; the version number tracks the Kotlin library it embeds.
