• New: re-exports NmLocalizationService of nativemind_core 1.1.0 — Wishyut's LocalizationService (VPNclient-app, 2025, handmade, without AI) with his API (load, to, currentLocale): strings at run time from assets/lang/<code>.json, English file as the fallback. Fixes: the files of a package load from packages/<package>/ (optional package, default nativemind_vpn; null = the app's own files), and currentLocale reads English before load instead of throwing. The class lives in core (localization infrastructure), so nativemind_vpn does not need this package (nor nativemind_copilot and its plugin); importing it from here works the same.
• Requires nativemind_core ^1.1.0 and nativemind_copilot ^1.0.0; the copilot classes are rebuilt for copilot 1.0 (0.1.0 did not compile against copilot 0.2). The 40 copilot strings added in 0.2.0 read English until translated.
• Removed the unused flutter_localizations dependency.
• tool/build_translations.dart formats only the generated classes.
• License: NativeMindNONC (part of the NativeMind framework).
