native_kit_platform_interface #
A common platform interface for the native_kit plugin.
This package holds the Pigeon contract
(pigeons/native_kit_api.dart) with six host APIs — one per native domain
handler — and NativeKitPlatform, the base class every platform
implementation extends.
Usage #
Apps should depend on native_kit,
not on this package. Its DTOs are transport types and may change between
minor versions.
To implement a new platform, extend PigeonNativeKitPlatform (or
NativeKitPlatform) and register it with NativeKitPlatform.instance = …
from your registerWith method.
Error codes #
Native failures use the codes in NativeKitErrorCodes
(no_ui_context, unavailable, invalid_argument,
missing_usage_description, permission_denied, io_error,
native_error).
