Using lints_tool

Include the rule set from analysis_options.yaml:

include: package:lints_tool/lints_tool.yaml

formatter: (page_width: 120, trailing_commas: preserve) arrives with the include, so a consumer does not repeat it.

Depend on it as a dev dependency:

dev_dependencies:
  lints_tool: ^1.1.0

Then run the analyzer with infos and warnings fatal, which is what CI does:

dart analyze --fatal-infos --fatal-warnings

The DCM rules in the same file apply when a DCM licence is present (dcm analyze .); without one they do nothing and the analyzer half still holds. They name rules added in DCM 1.36-1.39, and DCM ignores a rule it does not know without reporting it, so run 1.39.2 or newer.
