A customizable, map-agnostic Flutter widget for searching locations using Google Places Autocomplete.

Version 2.0.0 is a complete rewrite that drops all heavy native SDKs in favor of a 100% pure Dart implementation. It includes built-in Session Tokens to drastically reduce your Google Cloud billing, and it now supports every single Flutter platform (including Web and Desktop) out of the box.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

1. Enable the Places API in your Google Cloud Console.
2. Generate an API key.

Installation

Add the package to your pubspec.yaml:

• Note: You no longer need to install flutter_google_places_sdk or google_maps_flutter to use this package!
