Fixed

• BLE backend no longer hangs on Linux (BlueZ) when connecting to an already-connected device; the existing link is reused instead.
• BLE backend now waits for the link to actually drop on disconnect, and rethrows disconnect errors instead of swallowing them. This prevents the e-ink display from missing its refresh trigger.
• Display refresh delay increased from 2s to 6s to match the tag's ~5s e-ink commit window after link loss.

• README install snippet now pins the correct ^0.1.0 version and links the BleInterface for custom backends.
