This Flutter plugin extends the functionality offered by the Woosmap Geofencing Mobile SDKs.

• Changes:
  1. Added registerBackgroundRegionCallback() and unregisterBackgroundRegionCallback() to wake a Dart callback in a background isolate for geofence region events, including when the application has been terminated (Android and iOS)
  2. The background callback is invoked only when the region stream cannot deliver the event, so a region event is never handled twice
  3. stopTracking() now also removes a registered background callback, and hasBackgroundRegionCallback() reports whether one is registered
  4. Fixed clearRegionWatch() and clearLocationWatch() not cancelling the underlying stream subscription: watching again added a second listener, so each event was delivered twice on the returned stream
  5. Fixed Android requestPermissions(withBackgroundAccess: true) always returning GRANTED_FOREGROUND: Android 11+ silently denies background location when it is requested together with foreground location, so the plugin now requests background access alone once foreground access is granted
  6. Fixed the Android plugin not forwarding the hosting activity's onPause/onResume to the Woosmap SDK, so the SDK is now notified when the app goes to the background or returns to the foreground

  1. Fixed iOS requestPermissions() never resolving on first use, so the returned Future now completes once the user answers the location prompt
  2. Removed the iOS "go to Settings" alert previously shown when location permission was already denied or needed changing; requestPermissions() now returns the permission status only, leaving that prompt to the app
