watchOS implementation of the flutter_secure_storage plugin, storing secrets in the Keychain via the SecItem APIs over dart:ffi.

• README: the install snippet names flutter_secure_storage: ^11.2.0 and this version.

• Comments now say what keeps the FFI exports in the app: the CLI force-loads the plugin archive, each export is used with default visibility, and the CLI keeps global symbols through the App Store strip. ffiSymbols lists the exports.
