  Previously, ensureVisibleOnNewOptions would trigger even when the select field was collapsed, leading to unnecessary scrolling behavior. This change ensures that _ensureVisibleOnScroller() is only called when the select field is not collapsed, preventing unexpected UI jumps.

This ensures that the scroll position is adjusted only when the number of options in the SelectField actually changes, preventing unnecessary calls when the list instance is re-created but its contents (and thus length) remain the same.
