BREAKING: iOS, macOS: when the native composer is unavailable, for example on an iPhone without an Apple Mail account, send opens a mailto: link in the default mail app instead of throwing FlutterEmailSenderNotAvailableException. In that mode getCapabilities reports attachments and HTML bodies as unsupported, so such emails throw FlutterEmailSenderUnsupportedFeatureException (#26, #47, #54, #76).
BREAKING: iOS: send completes when the composer closes instead of when it opens (#77).

iOS: attachments get the MIME type of their file extension instead of application/octet-stream.
