Flutter plugin for app-to-app authentication with the Italian CIE ID (Carta d'Identità Elettronica) app on Android and iOS.

• Fixed: checkCieId() always reported CieID as not installed on Android 11+ (API 30+) because the plugin didn't declare the <queries> entry required by package visibility filtering.
• Fixed: iOS authentication return path was never actually wired up (relied on a generic foreground notification and a hardcoded placeholder URL instead of the real CieID response). Now implemented via application(_:open:) and scene(_:openURLContexts:), covering both classic and Scene-based host apps.
• Fixed: iOS outgoing request built an invalid URL (sourceApp parameter was appended to the URL path instead of the query string), causing CieID to reject the request as invalid.
• Fixed: race condition on both platforms where a concurrent method call could overwrite the pending authentication result, causing the wrong callback (or none) to be resolved.
• Fixed: Android did not handle a canceled/failed CieID result, a missing host activity, or the CieID app not being installed — all previously either silently succeeded or crashed.
• Added: getPlatformVersion implementation on both platforms.
• Added: timeout and recovery for a CieID authentication that never returns (iOS: 180s timeout + supersede-on-retry; Android: resolved with an error if the plugin detaches from its host activity mid-flow).
• Migrated iOS to Swift Package Manager (in addition to CocoaPods, which remains supported).
• Updated Android Gradle tooling (Gradle 8.14, AGP 8.12.0, Kotlin 2.3.20).
• Removed dead code and unused legacy WebView-based integration path.
