• One CDS Hooks package for every FHIR version. The code is fhir_r4_cds_hooks 0.12.0's, which was byte-identical in fhir_r5_cds_hooks and fhir_r6_cds_hooks; those three become bindings over this package.
• Resources travel as the JSON the CDS Hooks specification defines: CdsRequest.prefetch values, CdsAction.resource, and the hook contexts' bundles (draftOrders, appointments, medications, conditions, fulfillmentTasks) and allergyIntolerance are Map<String, dynamic>. A version's binding adds typed views (prefetchResources, draftOrdersBundle, ...).
• No dependency on any fhir_r* package.
