Reads ICAO 9303 passports and identity cards over any eid transport: BAC and PACE, MRZ, face image and data groups, with Passive, Chip and Active Authentication.

• package:eid_icao/mrz_scanner.dart reads the machine readable zone in the frames of a camera or in a photo, in pure Dart, for the BAC and PACE key: MrzScanner gives the zone once two frames agree, MrzRecognizer reads one image, MrzImage takes a luminance plane as a camera gives it, or RGBA and BGRA pixels. TD1, TD2 and TD3, slanted, turned a little or upside down. Nothing changes for an application that does not import it.

• SimulatedIcaoChip(tamperedGroup: IcaoDataGroup.dg1) rewrites a letter of the name, so that the read is turned down for its signature (IcaoRejection.signature) instead of failing on an MRZ that does not parse.

• IcaoWatcher reads each document put on the reader, asking for its key.
• Options: parts, acceptExpired, acceptedTypes, verifySignatures, trustedRoots, verifyCard, showPrivateData, onApdu, onProgress.
• showPrivateData is off by default: the personal numbers of the MRZ and DG11, such as the Belgian national register number, are left out.
• toJson and fromJson, and IcaoPassiveAuthenticator to check again on a server.
• Error messages in French, Dutch, German and English.
• SimulatedIcaoChip stands in for a document and a reader; specimenPhotoJpeg2000 gives it a JPEG 2000 face.
