• Renamed from gg_dna_ggsuite to dna_ggsuite, and on npm from @tssuite/gg-dna-ggsuite to @tssuite/dna-ggsuite. A published package cannot be renamed, so this continues under a new name and the old one is discontinued.
• The code and test guides and the review skills moved out into dna_clean_code, which every organization inherits — the same rules, now shared instead of ggsuite only. The Dart specifics live in that layer's code-guide-dart.md and test-guide-dart.md.
• This layer now carries no files of its own; it exists to compose the topic layers.
