• run_ci cleans up after the tests and the build (on failure too), i.e. to free space on a CI running several packages: it runs tool/dev_build_cleanup.dart when found, then deletes the build/ folder they created (an existing one is kept). --no-cleanup (PackageRunCiOptions.noCleanup) skips both
• run_ci --no-web-build (PackageRunCiOptions.noWebBuild): no flutter build web nor webdev build (and no webdev activation), the other builds run, i.e. --build --no-web-build on windows and macos when the web build is done on linux. --web-build (webBuildOnly) only runs the web build. --build runs all the builds available, only the web one for now
• The dart pub global lock (concurrent activations) is a GlobalLock of synchronized 3.6.0, its lock file taken over 10 seconds after its holder died (heartbeat), instead of a temp lock file only considered stale 5 minutes after a crash
• Requires synchronized 3.6.0
• run_ci cleanup also deletes the .dart_tool/flutter_build/ folder the tests and the build created (flutter build cache): deleting build/ alone made the next flutter build of the same app fail (build/native_assets/<platform> not found), i.e. a package building another one's app on CI

• io console --agent: starts the VM service, prints its uri and keeps running once stdin is closed (a background run); agent lines are echoed as if typed
