First release. Tokens, marks, fonts and the change stream, as a client for a published brand.

No dependencies, and no Flutter import: HTTP and font registration are supplied by the caller.

The font rules are enforced rather than documented. A face is reached by its PostScript name, and FontStaging will not hand out a face whose file is not registered yet, because text laid out before a font lands keeps the platform font for the life of that view.

A fetched change is held until activate() rather than swapped in underneath someone mid-task.
