Pure-Dart ODK XForms engine (a port of JavaRosa): parsing, recalculation, validation, repeats, navigation and submission serialization.

• Submission.attachments lists the file names answered to binary questions (image, audio, video, file, signature, drawing, annotation), as the Flutter renderer stores them, in addition to PointerValue answers: relevant answers only, in document order, without duplicates. It used to be empty for forms filled with text answers.
• FormDefinition.parse throws XFormParseException for a form without a main instance (no <model>, no <instance>, or the body before the head) and for a jr:itext() reference in a form without <itext>, instead of a TypeError (JavaRosa crashes with a NullPointerException; see conformance/DEVIATIONS.md).
• package:dartrosa/dartrosa.dart exports TriggerableEvaluationException and UnregisteredLocaleException, and the docs of FormDefinition.parse, createSession, FormSession.answer, finalize, language and addRepeatInstance say what they throw.
• createSession(existingInstance:) and getXmlDocument throw XFormParseException for malformed XML, as JavaRosa's getXMLDocument does, instead of package:xml exceptions.

• FormSession.close() and isClosed: a closed session's changes stream is done and it no longer receives the form's events. FormDefinition.createSession closes the session it created before, since both share the definition's form.
• FormSession.answer returns AnswerRejected for text that doesn't fit the question's type or choices.
• Performance (AOT, desktop): a 1,000-question form parses in about 40 ms and an answer recomputes its dependents in about 0.02 ms; forms and external XML instances are built from XML events, without an intermediate DOM.
