serve --watch hot-reloads through the Dart VM service; build runs dart build cli and produces a native bundle with SQLite included. openapi:generate documents request bodies and responses from the rules and schemas declared on routes (.validates(...), .returns(...)), and doctor --production is a pre-flight check for container entrypoints.
