Installation

Prerequisites

Usage

Remove Comments from Dart Files

By default, comments_remover processes all Dart files in the lib/ directory.

dart pub global run comments_remover

Command Options

Option	Description
--path	Specify a target file or directory (defaults to lib/).
--single-line	Remove only single-line comments (//).
--multi-line	Remove only multi-line comments (/* */).

Examples

1. Remove all comments from a specific file:

   dart pub global run comments_remover --path lib/main.dart
   

2. Remove only single-line comments from all Dart files in lib/:

   dart pub global run comments_remover --single-line
   

3. Remove only multi-line comments from a specific directory:

   dart pub global run comments_remover --path lib/src --multi-line

Output File (After):

void main() {

}
