ambient_border_glow 0.1.0
ambient_border_glow: ^0.1.0 copied to clipboard
An animated glow that hugs the edges of a box - the whole screen, a widget you point it at, or any shape you can express as an SVG path.
0.1.0 #
First release. Ports the React Native implementation against the shared visual specification, and reproduces its reference path strings exactly.
- Any subset of edges, with a corner drawn only where two selected edges meet, and lone edges running the full length of their side
- Arbitrary outlines from SVG path data - stars, polygons, curves, cutouts
- Tracks a widget by key without wrapping it;
relativeTokeeps the glow stuck to a target that scrolls - Per-corner radii normalised by the CSS overlap rule, so an oversized radius becomes a true pill or circle
- Continuous corners via
cornerSmoothing, because iPhone display corners are squircles and a circular arc never lands on the bezel - Banded rendering paints only the border strips instead of a full-surface pass
- Honours reduce-motion; the fade survives because appearing is information
- No dependencies beyond Flutter itself
