AdropAds flutter plugin that shows ads using native platform views

• Added Swift Package Manager support on iOS. The plugin now ships a Swift package alongside the podspec, so it builds under Flutter's SwiftPM integration (on by default since Flutter 3.44) with nothing to install, and continues to work with CocoaPods when SwiftPM is turned off
• AdMob backfill stays app-installed and must use the same dependency manager as the plugin — add https://github.com/OpenRhapsody/adrop-ads-backfill-pod in Xcode for SwiftPM, or pod 'adrop-ads-backfill' for CocoaPods. Mixing the two links the native SDK twice
• Added onPaidEvent, an impression-level ad revenue callback for AdMob backfill ads, on banner, native, interstitial and rewarded (including banner/native refresh). Adrop direct ads do not fire it
• The callback delivers the ad and an AdropAdValue (network, adSourceName, valueMicros, currencyCode, precision). The value is the ad provider's own gross estimate, not a settlement figure

• Behavior change: dispose() on interstitial/rewarded/popup ads now detaches the event handler, so a disposed ad no longer delivers callbacks and must not be reused — create a new instance instead
