• Multi-ad fetch: mode: AdFetchMode.multi returns all eligible ads (score order) and slideshows all images of each ad before the next.
• Impression once per ad id per load (no double-count when revisiting slides); click uses the current ad.
• AdSlide helper for multi-ad slideshow frames.

• Single mode (AdFetchMode.single, default) still requests one ad; API now returns the highest-scoring eligible ad.
