The Accord client for Dart - local-first writes, background sync, conflicts and refusals. Works in Flutter, CLI tools and servers.

• Fixed: a write made while a sync round was in flight waited for the next syncInterval (30 s by default) instead of syncing about 50 ms after the round.
• Version aligned with the other Accord packages 0.3.2 (0.3.1 was a server-only fix: works with every server 0.3.x).
