VoiceButton class final
Floating circular launcher (FAB) for the VoiceBot assistant.
Reflects the live session phase: idle (mic / icon), connecting (spinner), listening (animated pulse ring), speaking (accent). Tapping it calls onTap — wire this to open/toggle the ChatPanel.
Stateless w.r.t. the session — pass the current phase (compute it with
VoiceButtonPhase.from from status/audioState), or use the all-in-one
VoicebotLauncher which manages this for you. Themeable via theme.
