ChatPanel class final
The assistant window — chat + voice in one panel.
Binds to a live VoicebotSession's streams: a header (title + minimize + close), a scrollable transcript (user vs bot bubbles, live streaming partials), and a footer (text input + send, mic toggle/mute).
Lifecycle wiring (HANDOFF §4): the minimize button calls onMinimize (the
caller should session.minimize() + hide the panel — the session STAYS
ALIVE), the close button calls onClose (the caller should
session.endSession() — real teardown). This widget never ends the session
itself; it only signals intent so the owner controls lifecycle.
Use standalone inside your own layout, or let VoicebotLauncher manage it.
