UInlineAttr enum

A self-contained, cross-platform rich text editor that produces and consumes HTML. No third-party editor packages are used.

Public API:

• URichTextEditor – embeddable block editor widget.
• URichTextEditor.open – push a full-screen editor and get the HTML back.
• UHtmlDocument – blocks ⇄ HTML serialize/parse plus HTML helpers.
• URichTextController / UEditorBlock / UTableData – the document model.
• UEditorStyles – styling shared with the read-only UHtmlView.

The read-only renderer lives in u_html_view.dart. Inline formatting attributes that can be applied to a range of characters.
