URichTextEditor class

Embeddable block-based rich text editor.

Give it a bounded height (e.g. inside an Expanded or SizedBox). Listen to onChanged for the live HTML, or use URichTextEditor.open for a ready-made full-screen editing flow that returns the HTML.
