MemoBuilder: Keeps the subtree builder made while inputs stay equal, so whatever the builder reads from outside its own context belongs in inputs.
WidthBuilder: A bottom sheet lays its content out at each height it is dragged through, where a LayoutBuilder would rebuild every row below it on every frame.
