RoundMode enum

Specifies how decimal values should be handled during the formatting process.

This mode determines whether numeric values are mathematically rounded to the nearest decimal or simply truncated.

The value is truncated to the specified number of decimal places without any rounding (e.g., 1.58 becomes 1.5 with roundTo: 1).

withRoundUp → const RoundMode

The value is rounded to the nearest decimal place based on standard mathematical rules (e.g., 1.58 becomes 1.6 with roundTo: 1).
