FailureSubMapper class abstract interface

Интерфейс подмаппера ошибок, реализуемый каждым специализированным маппером.

Каждый FailureSubMapper отвечает за определённую группу ошибок (Dio, Hive, Firebase, файловая система и т.д.) и пытается преобразовать исходное исключение в Failure. Если маппер не распознаёт ошибку, возвращает null.
