PlatformFailureMapper class final
Специализированный маппер ошибок платформенных плагинов.
Преобразует PlatformException в соответствующие Failure:
разрешения, геолокацию, уведомления, хранилище и т.д. Определяет
тип ошибки по ключевым словам в code, message и details.
Используется в цепочке FailureSubMapper как часть FailureMapper.
