MssqlColumnRef class

A column named as text, with no declared SQL type.

Every predicate is available on one, because nothing here knows enough to rule any of them out — Col('Name').contains('a') is exactly what the untyped builder is for. Generated code produces MssqlTypedColumn instead, where the type does know, and where total.contains('5') therefore does not compile.
