GridWorldIterable class
GridWorldIterable is a _GridWorldIterator
factory seeded with a GridWorld
a ConwayEvolver, and an iteration limit so that attempts to pass the
iterable to, say, List.from(iterable) won't explode.
If snapshots is true, each iteration step will return a distinct copy of the world - this is the right thing for making a List.from(iterable) where one expects each element to be distinct/different.

Constructors
- GridWorldIterable(GridWorld _gw, {int limit = 50, bool snapshots = false})
- Make a iterable with reasonable defaults.
Properties
- first → GridWorld
-
The first element.
no setterinherited
- hashCode → int
-
The hash code for this object.
no setterinherited
- isEmpty → bool
-
Whether this collection has no elements.
no setterinherited
- isNotEmpty → bool
-
Whether this collection has at least one element.
no setterinherited
-
iterator
→ Iterator<
GridWorld> -
A new
Iterator
that allows iterating the elements of thisIterable
.no setteroverride - last → GridWorld
-
The last element.
no setterinherited
- length → int
-
The number of elements in this.
no setterinherited
- limit → int
-
Avoid infinite iterations with a hard limit.
final
- runtimeType → Type
-
A representation of the runtime type of the object.
no setterinherited
- single → GridWorld
-
Checks that this iterable has only one element, and returns that element.
no setterinherited
- snapshots → bool
-
If snapshots is false (the default), each iteration returns a pointer
to the same underlying (but evolved) world. This is fine if you show the
world at that moment. It saves memory. Set snapshots true to get
free standing instances at each iteration.
