Fires on a second tap within ChildNodeTheme.clickInterval. Child rows
only; the first tap has already fired onNodeTap. When null, Child rows
have no double-tap window and every tap fires onNodeTap. A Ctrl+tap is
never part of a double tap.
Fires on a primary tap on a row of any tier. On a Child row with
onDoubleNodeTap set, a second tap within ChildNodeTheme.clickInterval
fires onDoubleNodeTap instead, after this has fired for the first. A
Ctrl+tap is always a single tap, and so is every tap on a Child row when
onDoubleNodeTap is null.
Fires on a secondary (right) click on a row of any tier, with the
pointer position in TapDownDetails — the hook for a context menu, and
for a caller who tracks a focused Folder or Parent, which are not
selectable (ADR-0003).
Presentation and behaviour for the card built by rowTooltipBuilder:
when it appears, whether the cursor may enter it, where it sits relative
to the pointer, how it animates, and whether the tooltip draws a surface
around it.
