blockModifierScroll property
Whether to block normal scrolling while Ctrl (Windows/Linux) or Cmd (macOS) is held, so that those scroll events can be used for zoom/scale instead.
Defaults to null, which follows onScaleChanged: blocking is enabled
when onScaleChanged is non-null, and disabled otherwise.
onScaleChanged is called only while blocking is in effect. false
therefore turns zoom-by-wheel off as well: modifier+wheel scrolls the
view, and no scale is proposed. true with no onScaleChanged blocks
the scroll and proposes nothing.
The block applies to the rows. A wheel over the vertical scrollbar still scrolls the view.
