LineHeightParser class

Parses the line height according to Design Token Studio.

Only supports parsing percentages since Flutter is not able to use absolute line heights. See https://api.flutter.dev/flutter/painting/TextStyle/height.html

E.g. Figma design tokens: "value": "42%"
