MemoryLockService<T extends Object>: Local in-memory, per-instance implementation of LockProvider.
Schedule: Runs run repeatedly at fixed times (UTC), exactly once per time across all instances of an application (see SchedulerService).
ScheduleContext: What a scheduled callback knows about its run.
Scheduler: Runs Schedules, provided by the built-in SchedulerService.
ScheduleRecord: The state of a Schedule, shared by all instances of an application.
SchedulerService: Runs Schedules exactly once per time across the instances of an application. Built into ApplicationHost and TestHost, configured under scheduler.
