The send screen (inc-2d-ui): form → propose → confirm (de-shield disclosure)
→ send → result, over the inc-2d-ffi bridge. Rendering layer ONLY — every
money step runs through sendControllerProvider; Rust is the single source of
truth (design invariant 1). Reachable only from the active wallet surface, so
a backed-up wallet is the structural precondition (the same money-safety gate
walletSessionProviderenforces).
