ExceptionSeverity enum

ExceptionSeverity is an enum with the following values.

• none -> if you don't want to set any severity.
• warning -> exception that require minor fixes.
• critical -> exception that require taking alternate paths.
• fatal -> exceptions that cannot be fixed.
