YaruToggleButtonTheme class
Applies a theme to descendant ToggleButton widgets.
Descendant widgets obtain the current YaruToggleButtonTheme object using YaruToggleButtonTheme.of. When a widget uses YaruToggleButtonTheme.of, it is automatically rebuilt if the theme later changes.
