WtAnimate class

The one-shot entrance animation that powers every WT entrance widget and WtAnimateX extension.

Composes an optional fade, slide and scale that all play together once when the widget is first mounted. Supply only the parts you want via fadeFrom, slideFrom and scaleFrom; leave a part null to skip it.

Respects reduced motion: when the OS "reduce motion" setting is on, or WtConfig.animationsEnabled is false, the child is shown immediately in its final state with no animation.
