legacy library

The window_manager API as it was before the move to nativeapi.

Existing apps keep working by importing this library instead of package:window_manager/window_manager.dart. The changed import is deliberate: this API is a bridge, its classes are deprecated, and it will be removed in a future release. New code should use the native API exported from package:window_manager/window_manager.dart.

Classes

DragToMoveArea
A custom title-bar region that drags the window and performs the native title-bar double-click action, including the macOS user preference. A secondary click opens the native system window menu where supported (Windows, or a supporting Linux window manager): on release on Windows, as a native title bar does (the menu's modal loop would otherwise swallow the release, and Flutter would ignore the next secondary click), and on press elsewhere (a Wayland compositor accepts the request only with a press).
DragToResizeArea
Adds native resize handles over the edges and corners of child.
VirtualWindowFrame
Draws the border and shadow of a frameless window, and puts native resize handles along its edges.
WindowCaption
A widget to simulate the title bar of windows 11.
WindowCaptionButton
WindowCaptionButtonIcon
WindowListener
The pre-nativeapi window event callbacks.
WindowManager
The pre-nativeapi WindowManager on top of a single nativeapi.Window, for code that has not moved to the native API yet.
WindowOptions
What windowManager.waitUntilReadyToShow applies before the window is shown.
