ToggleIconThemeData class
Defines the visual properties of ToggleIcon.
Descendant widgets obtain the current ToggleIconThemeData object using
ToggleIconTheme.of(context). Instances of ToggleIconThemeData
can be customized with ToggleIconThemeData.copyWith or ToggleIconThemeData.merge.
